Processing takes 3–4 business days, followed by an estimated 6–9 business days in transit: 9–13 business days in total. Our cut-off is 5:00 PM UK local time, Monday–Friday. Orders after the cut-off enter processing on the next business day. UK bank holidays are excluded.
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase. Displayed prices include applicable UK VAT, and we cover applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, in addition to your statutory UK rights.
All returns go to our address in the United States. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct international return postage, which may cost more than UK domestic postage. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. No restocking fee applies.
For cancellations involving returned goods, refunds are issued within 6 business days after receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and within the applicable statutory deadline.
