About Us
About Us
Welcome to Northpeak Outdoor Supply LLC.
We are a U.S.-based online retailer serving customers throughout the United Kingdom. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, we aim to make shopping straightforward through clear information, transparent pricing, and accessible customer support.
As our store develops, we plan to expand our selection while keeping the same approach: helping customers understand what they are buying, how their orders will arrive, and where to turn for assistance.
All UK orders include free standard delivery. Our displayed prices include applicable UK VAT, and we cover applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges, so customers do not face additional import payments on delivery.
We also offer a 30-day return request window for eligible purchases, alongside your statutory consumer rights. Full details, including return postage responsibilities and our U.S. return address, are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
If you have a question before or after purchasing, please contact us.
