Prices and Payment
UK prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT.
Standard UK delivery is free. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges, so customers are not required to pay additional import charges on delivery.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate payment and billing information.
Orders and Contract Formation
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. A purchase contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.
Delivery
Orders ship from our U.S. address to the United Kingdom.
Processing takes 3–4 business days, followed by an estimated 6–9 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 9–13 business days, subject to our cut-off time and Shipping Policy.
We remain responsible for goods until delivery to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us.
For most online purchases, UK consumers also have a statutory cancellation right after delivery. We additionally offer a 30-day return request window.
